Will protect 6,000 acres through voluntary conservation easements
Will preserve pristine land, water and wildlife habitat
Will enhance riparian areas, grasslands and water frontage along Abqiuiú Lake
Will prevent subdivision and development of the surrounding land in perpetuity
Will preserve the landscapes and vistas made famous by Georgia O’Keeffe’s paintings
Will not affect the visitor experience at Ghost Ranch or the 550 acres of the main facilities
Will ensure sustainable operations for Ghost Ranch’s education programs
Will maintain traditional ranching practices
